I came to realize that it might be good to share ideas on maintaining emotional health in our children and since that's a large part of my days I hope I can contribute some.
I'll try to post various topics from time to time responding to questions and hopefully get through most!
One of my purposes would be to give some thoughts on being proactive about staying healthy emotionally, mentally or behaviorally. In a world where we check cholesterol and take vitamins to stay well we may not think to spend time on preventive medicine for our emotions...
